The learning outcomes of the course are:
- Student know the ethical aspects of professional ethical hacking and penetration tests.
- They use common tools to check the security of systems.
- They understand the basic techniques for gaining unauthorized access to a large network and computer systems by technical and non-technical means.
- They are able to assess potential weak points in a web application or an online game and the associated infrastructure.
- design and implement REST and APIs.
- they use JavaScript to query REST APIs.
- they use React to build a frontend from components.
- they use end to end tests to guarantee the functionality and interaction of front and back end.
- they can describe in their own words typical security problems of web applications, as well as describe and use the support that web frameworks offer to avoid these problems.
Tasks

Collaborating with the head of the academic area and fellow lecturers to coordinate the syllabus. -
Preparing teaching materials and content. -
Delivering on-site instruction at Campus Urstein. -
Conducting student assessments and evaluations.
Profile
Conditions
• Employment is limited to a maximum of 6 semester hours per week.
• External lecturers must have verifiable other employment subject to full social insurance.
