We are looking for someone to join the International Office team who is interested in actively supporting the internationalization of teaching and campus life: International Office Assistant

Tasks

  • Organization and design of the incoming international students area like Welcome Days, buddy system, data maintenance, correspondence with partner universities and students (mainly in English)
  • Design of the external image and social media
  • Helping to shape international campus life - contributing your own ideas
  • Support for events organized by the International Office: e.g. Open House, International Day, International Week 
  • Maintenance of databases for international exchange (Mobility Online)

Profile

  • High school diploma; university degree advantageous
  • Professional experience in in the office and service sector
  • Knowledge of ERASMUS+ projects is an advantage 
  • Very good Office skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
  • Work experience abroad is an advantage
  • Intercultural competence and strong organizational skills
  • Enjoy teamwork

About the role

Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Urstein campus
Start date: earliest possible/by agreement
Contract length: expected one year
Salary: from EUR 2.243,- total gross monthly salary (salary level according to qualification and professional experience)
