Salzburg University of Applied Sciences employs 450 staff members at its four campuses: Campus Urstein, Campus Kuchl, Campus Uniklinikum Salzburg, and Campus Schwarzach. In 19 Bachelor's and 16 Master's degree programmes, 3,400 students are trained in the departments of Applied Social Sciences, Business and Tourism, Creative Technologies, Health Sciences, Design and Green Engineering and Information Technologies and Digitalisation. We are advertising the following position at Campus Urstein to support our team at the
International Office:

Tasks

  • Coordination of mobility programmes with focus on incoming exchange students
    - Organisation of the stay, support before and during the semester
    - Planning and implementation of welcome days and activities for international
    students
  • Exchange and cooperation with international partner universities
  • Data maintenance and administration of partnership agreements in Mobility One
  • Supporting international office events

Profile

  • Completion of secondary degree (high school / A-Levels), university degree preferred
  • Work experience in office or customer service sectors
  • Knowledge of ERASMUS+ processes an advantage
  • Good digital skills (MS Office) and IT affinity
  • Strong organisational skills
  • German and English language skills, both written and spoken (English as daily language of
    communication)
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for communication and teamwork

Offer

Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Location: Campus Urstein
Start: as soon as possible / by arrangement
Contract type: permanent position
Salary: starting from 41,076 € gross yearly salary for 40 hours per week (salary will be determined based on qualifications and professional experience)
